daismo

Terms of Service

Effective 20 October 2026

1. Who we are

daismo is operated by Cypher Agency Pty Ltd (ACN 678 167 443, ABN 84 678 167 443), trading as Cypher AI. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that company. By creating an account or using daismo you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. What daismo does

daismo helps a business manage how it uses AI. It keeps a record of the AI tools and services you use, the specific uses you put them to and who is accountable for each, your business profile, goals and areas of work, and the prompts and instructions your people rely on. It also scores a prompt and suggests a rewrite. We add to it over time, and a new part may come with its own conditions, which we will show you before you use it.

Where daismo produces a score, an explanation or a rewrite, those are generated by language models and are opinions, not guarantees. We don’t promise a scored prompt will perform better, and you remain responsible for reviewing anything you use.

daismo records and organises; it does not decide. Keeping a record of an AI use, its authority or its review date is not approval of that use, advice that it is lawful or appropriate, and not a compliance determination. Financial, legal, payroll, hiring and similar decisions remain yours and need whatever human or expert accountability they would need anyway.

3. Your account

You need a working email address, and you must keep your password and any two-factor codes secure. Accounts are personal — don’t share credentials. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Owners and administrators of a workspace with more than one person must have two-factor authentication enabled to reach workspace data or to invite anyone. That is a condition of those roles, not an optional setting, because those accounts can reach colleagues’ work and grant other people access.

4. Workspaces

Work in daismo belongs to a workspace, which represents a business rather than a person. Creating an account creates a workspace with you as its owner, and you can be invited into other people’s workspaces as well.

An owner or administrator can invite people, change what they may do and remove them. Content added to a workspace is visible to its members according to their role, and the person who added it does not control it alone. Deleting your own account does not delete a workspace that other people are in.

5. Plans and payment

A plan is held by a workspace, not by a person, and only the workspace owner can see or change billing. Plans are priced by how many people the workspace holds. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST, are shown in the app before you buy, and are charged to the payment method on file on the same day each month until cancelled.

A new workspace gets a seven-day trial with no card required, starting when its business profile is first saved. When a trial ends without payment the workspace becomes read-only rather than closing: people can still sign in and view it, owners and administrators can still export, and nobody is removed from it. Nothing is deleted, with one exception: saved readiness checks, where that feature is available, are deleted 30 days after the trial ends unless the workspace has subscribed by then.

Each plan includes a number of people and an allowance of runs shared across the workspace. We will not move you to a more expensive plan automatically. If you try to add someone beyond what your plan holds, we refuse and show you the price of the next plan; we never raise your bill because you clicked invite.

If payment fails we will keep trying and tell you. After a grace period shown in the app, a workspace becomes read-only: you keep access to everything already in it and can export it, but cannot add more. We do not delete your data for non-payment.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page — no email, no phone call, no retention process. Cancelling turns off auto-renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

You keep full access until that date, and you will not be charged again. You can resume auto-renewal any time before the period ends.

7. Refunds

Because you keep access for the remainder of a period you have paid for, we don’t ordinarily refund the unused part of a month.

This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If something goes wrong, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy, and nothing in these terms reduces that. If you think you have been charged in error, contact us at support@daismo.com.au and we will look into it.

8. Changes to price or plans

We may change prices or what a plan includes. If a change disadvantages you, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then so the change never applies to you.

9. Third-party AI providers, and what happens to your prompts

Scoring a prompt means sending its text to a third-party AI provider for processing. We don’t store the prompts you score.

The included model runs on a provider’s free tier, and free tiers commonly reserve the right to use submitted content to improve their services, including human review. Don’t paste anything confidential into that lane. Use your own API key for material you need kept private, and check that provider’s terms.

When you open a prompt in another service such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot, your browser takes the prompt there and that service’s terms apply to what happens next.

10. Using your own API key

You may supply your own provider key. It is stored in your browser and sent with each request — we never store it on our servers. Usage on your key is billed to you by that provider under their terms, and keeping it secure and within your own quota is your responsibility.

11. Who owns what

You keep your prompts and the outputs you receive. We claim no ownership over what you paste in or what comes back, and we don’t use your prompt content to train anything of ours. We keep ownership of daismo itself — the software, the scoring rubric and the branding.

Prompts you save to your library are stored against your account so they follow you between devices. If you use daismo without an account they stay in your browser instead. You can export a copy at any time.

Records you add to a workspace belong to that business, not to you personally — its profile and goals, its areas of work, its register of AI tools and uses with their history, and anything shared into it. Deleting your own account does not remove them from a workspace other people are still in.

If you send us feedback or a suggestion, we may use it to improve daismo without owing you anything for it.

12. Acceptable use

Don’t use daismo to break the law, infringe someone’s rights, or attack the service — including automated abuse, circumventing usage limits, or probing our infrastructure. Don’t submit other people’s personal information without a proper basis for doing so.

13. Availability

We aim to keep daismo running but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. It depends on third-party providers, and we may need to suspend it for maintenance. Where a paid feature is unavailable for a meaningful period, contact us.

14. Suspending or closing accounts

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Except where the breach is serious or we are legally required to act immediately, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable chance to fix it. You can close your own account at any time from the account page.

15. Liability

Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for outcomes arising from how you use a scored or rewritten prompt — that judgement remains yours.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will give reasonable notice by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use daismo after that date means you accept the updated terms. If you don’t, you may cancel.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. The Australian Consumer Law applies regardless of this clause.
